Recently, as many people are concerning on internet, great impacts on computing environments have occured. These impacts, without exception, have influenced on workflow management system that performs a kind of roles of OS for the automation of business processes and workflow modeling part that defines and analyzes the flow of business processes. Workflow Management System(WFMSS) is a software system that supports the specification and execution of business processes. In this paper, we proposed Multi Agent Based Workflow Modeling System which was implemented by Java applet and provides the web-based user interface. To reduce the network traffic and data consistency, proposed workflow modeling system is divided into four agents: Session, Organization, Relevant Data, Invoked Application. We adapted ICN(Information Control Nets) to check workflow model syntax. And the proposed modeling system provide a function to import/export WPDL which was defined in WfMC.
